Come visit our office where you will be greeted, and relax in our comfortable bright waiting area.  Within just a few moments you'll be greeted by your assigned Rental Expert™ who'll sit down with you and chat about your tastes, your price range and what neighborhoods appeal to you most.  After a few moments to get to know each other, your agent will ask you to fill out a short client welcome sheet which tells us a little bit about who you are, what you're looking for and what we need to do to make you happy.  The whole process is quite simple, stress free and fast. 

Your Rental Expert™ will take the time to listen to your needs and help you narrow or expand your search requirements depending on your needs.  Using the information you provide, your  agent will personalize your search through hundreds of listings in our database of properties and find the properties that most closely meet your criteria.  You'll also tell us what's important to you; rent range, neighborhood, university proximity, number of bedrooms, pet friendly, etc.  We can also discuss any possible issues, such as poor credit, and find ways to work with you to find your next home.

Now you're off to see properties!  We will accompany you to each property - heck, we'll even drive you!  For the next few hours your agent will guide you through the selected properties.  You can always ask questions or express any concerns you may have.  Once you find the perfect place, we will help prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and walk you through each step and make sure everything is processed correctly and efficiently.  It's our pledge to you that we will work hard to ensure your move proceeds on schedule, smoothly, and as stress-free as possible.  We will be right by your side until the day you move-in!
 
If you don't find the perfect place on our first outing, we'll gladly to take you again until you find the perfect place to call home.
