Relocating from Philadelphia I only had 1-week between my last day of work in Philly and my first day of work in Miami.  To make things more stressful, I had only one weekend to fly down and view properties.  Our agent sent us listings that met our list of requirements; which included a safe balcony for our two small dogs.
